How Butterfly Got It's Name?

These bugs flutter around from flower to flower. Some say that’s how they got their name: they flutter by, hence butterfly. Others argue that some butterflies are yellow, like the color of butter, so they look like a bit of butter flying around. There is also an old German tale that says butterflies are actually witches in disguise. They fly in and out of houses stealing butter or milk. Well, however they got their name, there’s no denying they are enchanting little creatures.
